Ways to start moving NOW:

  • Sit often? Try standing

  • 10min of exercise ONLY on week days can accumulate to over 43 hours within a year. The goal is starting a healthy habit rather than intensity.

  • Stairs or elevator? Choose the stairs.

  • Park at the far end of the parking lot.

  • Provoke a competitive coworker to a physical challenge (ex. number of pushups in 2min)
