Are you new to Performance Evaluations?  Maybe you need to be reminded of performance evaluation basics.  The Deadline of having all complete by 12/31/2017 will be here before you know it!  This training will help you to become an expert with our current performance tool and give you additional handouts to master the art of an evaluation.  Performance evaluations are important for both the Supervisor and the Employee to set commons goals, and to discuss what to start, stop and continue!
