iGov July Learning
The iGov Learning Experience Team learned about education and technology services in July. Wilson County Schools Superintendent, Dr. Lane Mills talked about Wilson County Schools and their role. Our awesome Technology Services staff discussed how they support staff and citizens to make sure Wilson County Government is up and running each and every day while meeting the growing technology demands.
Certification
Mr. James Diggs, Planning/Code Enforcement has received his Zoning Official Certification from the North Carolina Association of Zoning Officials on May 17, 2018. This is a big accomplishment in view of his short time as a County Employee. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

AUGUST LIBRARY PROGRAMS ANNOUNCED
Wilson County Public Library will offer a variety of free programs for the community this August at the Main Library and Branches.
Founded in 1939, the Wilson County Public Library engages the community and enhances the minds of all ages with programs, lectures, classes, and entertainment. Main Library hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Branch hours vary. All locations are closed on Sundays.
