As a Wilson County Government Employee, we place a high value on your safety. Training and reminding ourselves of safe practices go hand-in-hand. We have a great opportunity in March to learn more about safe driving practices. We have scheduled two Defensive Driving Classes on Tuesday, March 12, at the Wilson County Health Department’s Lida Blalock Training Room beside the Health Department. The sessions will be at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and will be taught by Gerald Honeyblue from the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.
Remember that any employee that has been in a work related vehicle accident is required to attend one of these sessions. I will send this to those specific employees. It is also open to other employees that may wish to take the course.
**There is NOT A PREREGISTRATION PROCESS. Simply show up at one of the times and sign-in. This sheet will be turned in to me.
Thank you for your commitment to Safety!
