This is a beginners yoga class after work on Tuesday evenings beginning on January 14, 2020 to April 7, 2020. There will be a one time fee of $5.00 which will cover the entire 12 weeks. You will need to bring payment the first day of class. A Yoga Mat is required. The class will include a booklet that describes the yoga poses we will be practicing as well as some techniques for stree relief. The first 5 minutes of the class, would be about connecting with the breath and calming down from the activities of the day, then 15 minutes of stretching leading to 20 minutes of standing yoga posses and then 15 minutes of balancing and deep stretches with the final 5 minutes focusing on meditation/relaxation. This style of yoga can be modified for each type of student who participates in the class.
There will be no class on February 18, 2020.
