Supervisor and leadership are not easy.  It's also not "just another job".  Burnout can drain energy, creativity and productivity.  The purpose of Supervisor Bootcamp is to assist new supervisors or refresh current supervisors on County policies and procedures and to help supervisors to communicate these points to employees in a meaningful way.  Human Resources will require that we have a minimum of 8 participants for SBC.  SBC should be "reserved" for current supervisors or employees who may become supervisors in the near future.  (Tim Bilderback)
