(2 hours) This class prepares Department Leaders and Supervisors on how to perform a proper evaluation for subordinates.  Documentation of good and bad behaviors, being honest about performance, and giving specific examples are reviewed.  Work Plans and progressive discipline and proper implementation of policies are covered.
